Oh, Corona Virus
Why do you so desire us?
Because of you we are bound to our home
And through our beautiful land we cannot roam
To leave our homes only to shop
Or go for a walk that is barely a hop
You force our HSE and shops to work flat out
But communities have come together without a doubt
You’ve also reduced us to basic need
But from this we can learn lessons indeed
Even though you’ve raised your ugly head
And sadly, there are many dead
We, as a nation, have come together stronger and more caring
Helping each other with kind thoughts and sharing
And when we beat you, and we are heading in that direction
People please keep this fabulous community connection
