Woodland scene here in Wicklow, just now.
The trees are alive with courtship through birdsong. Chapping blackbirds and inquisitive robins approach and dart. With cooing wood pigeons overhead, trailing webs dance in the breeze, while mellow sunbeams turn the leaves a shade of apricot. So peaceful. Spring is here.
Austin’s debut book Whiskers, Feathers & Fur: Veterinary Tales, nonfiction humour/memoir, was recently released. More details on his website.
